Barring a loss of signal from the ecu, what are the chances that all my injectors would be bad?

at the same time? highly improbable...

check grounds and the power feeds themselves. remember they are grounded through the ECU.

what do you mean "grounded through the ecu"?

Am I checking black wires coming out of the ecu?

Turn the key to the "Run" position. Check the striped wire at each injector. You should have 12V+. If you don't, then you've either got something wired wrong, or your dropping resistor is bad.
