what are the best rods and pistons for a turbo setup

hi im new to this forum i have looked around on it and read a few different things and was wondering if anyone knows what rods and pistons are best for a turbo set up and what compression ratio is best. and i also read somewhere that someone said a sohc was more turbo happy than a dohc but which would make more power with the same effort??? any help is appreciated thanks for the time

I highly recommend Wisco, JE, Ross, arias.Personally Id go with a 9:1 compression ratio if your goals are under 420hpIf there are over that go with the arias.

Eagle rods are the way to go.
