What are the best coil overs for raising the car?

I know it sounds a bit crazy and I'll post pics when I'm done. But I wanna raise my car 3" but I don't wanna use a truck lift. Can anyone recommend the best coil over for that? Fyi I'd like to use hsd cause they're having a sale this month, but I'm flexible.

I have a 2010 3.5 SR coupe

Also will coil overs made for the 370z fit on my car? I know they have similar suspensions

I would guess that in as much as lowering your car 3" requires correction of suspension geometry, so would raising it 3". Bushings and arms, tie rods, etc. That is very uncommon and I like the idea a lot! You might have to do a lot of figuring out on your own. Maybe someone can chime in with experience or ideas. Seems like a rally/ baja setup, with some fat knobby tires would fit nice. Wait, are you making a scraper? I'll be following along. I hope you keep us posted!

I just remembered this... I was at the races this last weekend and I got to talking with a guy who had a 510. He was showing me his KA swap. Then came up suspension. He has shortened shocks. Actually cut the piston, removed a section and welded it back together to make a shorter one. I'd never heard of such things. Perhaps that's an option for making them longer as well.
