Yes, that retractable cable should work just fine with an iPod Touch (if that's what you meant). As long as it has a 3.5mm jack, that cable will work.

I have the door sills and really like them, dresses the Rogue up nicely.

I have a Griffin 3.5mm mini plug coiled cord that I LOVE. It stays out of the way of the shifter and it looks really good with my black and gray interior.

That's it, got mine at Best Buy for $12.99. My local Apple store has this exact cord for $19.99, pays to shop around... literally.
