I waz wondering what kind off clutches are there for my 89 240sx that are good.I waz saving up my money to buy some header, catback, and exhaust but i messed up my transmission two weeks ago after doing afew burnouts.BUt now i got a new transmission and figured i should change the clutch to.I waz allso wondering if a 2 stage cluth would be good since my 240 only has a intake.

YOu need to look harder. Do some internet searches for "240SX Clutch" or something like that, all the information you need is readily available. Also use the search function on this site, there is already worlds of info on there. A two-stage may slightly improve things but is really quite useless if you only have an intake. A two-stage is only necessary or desired if you will be building a turbo KA, which it doesn't sound like is the case. ACT, Clutchmasters, SPEC, Exedy, and quite a few others make these type of clutches. Do a search.

Oh, and cat-back and exhaust are the same thing. A catback is an exhaust. Learn more.

If I were you you can either get a random-tech high flow cat that will give you some results and still keep you emissions legal, or buy a test-pipe from don at http://www.pdm-racing.comAs far as exhaust goes the Apex'i N1 and N1 dual seem to be the favorites around here. A random tech and N1 dual would be a very classy setup.

I have a Centerforce Dual Friction and its amazing. It feels stock in the pedal but grips hard I love it but there are others out there too. I have a custom 2.5 inch magnaflow exhaust with a random cat and its awesome really pulls from 3500 up. I didn't experience any torque loss at low rpm's like people have noticed with the n1 and n1 dual

The N1 and N1 Duals are 3" mandrel bent systems. There is a large difference in flow between your system and the Apexi ones. On the SOHC I'd advise to remove the cat to help out on the top end. Your exhaust will sound raspier as a result though. You will lose a little low end torque.
