what are our fuel hose diameters?

Do our fuel hoses have an outer diameter of 5/16" or 3/8" ?

I ask because I was looking for a barbed inline fuel pressure gauge adapter, and I can only find them in 3/8". Has anyone tried squeezing a 5/16" hose into a 3/8" barb?

They are 5/16. But that is inner diameter if I am not mistaken. Remember to use fuel injection hose.
