what are my options to fix worn out nut?

Car: 1993 240sx s13 coupe

okay so i just bought a 1993 240sx coupe and turns out that a few nuts that are welded to the under body of the car that hold up the drive shaft bearing support are worn out.what are my options to fixing this problem? i would appreciate all the help i can get.

if its the nut just replace it. if its the bolt try to use a tap and die set to rethread the bolt.
