What are my gauge cluster repair options?

So I traded some one for a working HUD and gauge cluster that now has stopped working. The speedo, HUD, tach, and right blinker indicator works when it wants to which is 80% never. There was red wire with a yellow and green wire screwed to the back of the cluster on the donor car that mine didn't have. I have an analog cluster but I need the harness. What are my options?

Can this be fixed and dependable for low cost?

Or should I buy an anolog harness? Where can I get an anolog gauge cluster harness?

go to the junkyard and get a harness or by the complete set-up on ebay
