ok a little history i have 2 89 nissan 240sx se (hatchbacks). one is the sport trim which mean it has the foem rear spoiler and power everthing windows etc. the other ones is a se luxery model for 89 that means leather steerwheel an power everything like the sport.both don't run the sport needs a nes engine cus the problems is in the internal and i've been told it would cost the same as a new engine and that it would be easyier to just put the new engine than rebuild. as far as the condition of the body the car has a little rust in all the usual place under the spoiler and be hide the rear tire same for the other car but no rust on the hatch no spoiler. inside the cars are pretty clean no rips in the cloth and only one of them has a small crack on the dashboard. the lux model needs a new timeing chain tentionerand was tole it would cost like 500.both are ka24e one manual and the other automatic. the car are stock no work or modication have even been try. they are like they left the dealer and were driven from a to b for 120,000 mile.they even still have the factory stereo and speaker. i have had them since 2004 bought them with the inten to sr20det swap one and ka24det the other but never could save the money to start the project for either car. so they have just sat in my garage.now i trade my truck for a 1990 300zx so it looks like the 240 are going to be on the back burn even longer cus the 300 is aleast running and going to be my new daily drive. i pay 3000 for both the cars in 2004 but at the time one was running so i was wonder how much i could get for them if i deiceded to sell them. do you guys think 1200 for each would sell or should i get them running and ask or more like 2000 each. any thought would be appericated

So you have 2 clean power options hatchback shells.

You might be able to get 1200 per. But not easily. You can easily get $500 a shell. You should build one good running one and sell the other as a shell.
