What lugnuts are these? Where can they be purchased?

I had them on my first 240, back in '07.

My buddy has them on his '04 wrx, they were on it from the dealer. (bought used)

And when i bought my 240 it had them. I have 15 of them, i need 20. So where can i get 5 of these stupid things?
