What brand/model amp is this in the picture below? It is listed as 500watts



and how much does it cost?

I'm guessing you don't personally own that amp. Your picture isn't of high enough resolution for me to read it, but it looks kinda like punch 400. But with only two RCA's running to it, I'm guessing it's not the 400a4. It could even be a 360a2?
