intercooler...wastegate..bov. some piping (intake, downpipe) maybe a fuel rail depending on injector size.
nitrous? keep it basic and simple until after you get the turbo set up. i'd focus only on turbo essentials first. you could even wait on the pistons, rings and rods until after the turbo is set in.
turbo. then build the low end. then get nitrous. you may not even want nitrous and spend that money on other stuff like electronics for tuning.

No, all ive ever owned is a 240. What is ricey about camshafts and gears? And sorry, i forgot to add all the turbo stuff. I was just puting the BOV, boost controller, wastegate, intercooler and all plumbing, etc etc, with the turbo part.

I didn't say it was ricey. Its just that up to that point you were asking about a turbo setup, while the list you had didn't have very many turbo required parts, and cams and gears were such a priority that you left out other important stuff
