you're probably gonna need a seat too

if you're fabbing the exh manifold, i'd get a single turbo.

I considered going single, but i like the quick spool of a twin setup.

and the bling-bling factor

driveshaftshop.com has better deal than anyone I could find, $475 for ALUMINUM drive shaft, all you have to do is send them your measurements.

I was just curious why you have two sets of motor mounts listed?? Are you still contemplating one or the other?

Go with a custom driveshaft w/Z32 yolk and it would probably be best to wait and be sure of the length necessary. A custom DS is cheap ($200) and a shop can usually make one in an afternoon if they're not busy.

How much boost are you planning on running? If <20psi, I would not bother with the head gasket or head studs. If you remove the head and replace the OEM gasket with a steel one, you NEED to get both faces machined flat before reassembly. Trust me on that one.

Where did you find the Greddy IM for <$550?

PowerFC might be a cheaper alternative to the EMS although I hear the EMS is top of the line. Just depends on your power goals and need for fuel tuning etc. I'm assuming by the cage that the EMS will be a better fit

What steering wheel spacer/hub are you using? How is the fitment/quality? I'm tall and need to extend the wheel towards me so I can reach and not hit my head on the ceiling while I'm driving.

/I am still debating on the mounts

the boost i run depends on the turbos i decide to run

as for my prices, i am a dealer, those are my prices, and i shouldent have listed them but, oh well

I love the aem ems, its my baby

I was useing a nardi six-inch ajustable extention, but now i am useing a nrg quick releses and a deep dish momo wheel

This might help in the turbo search a bit:

Obviously need to check the compressor maps to verify efficiency and that you're not running outside the surge limit.

If you get an RB26DETT , DO NOT ruin the motor by going to single turbo, thats retarded. Keep two turbos on that motor, it will be more responsive and you will have a better power band. People seem to not understand that. If you want more power, upgrade the those turbos at the same time. Dont ever go single turbo on an RB26DETT unless your going anywhere other than straight, even then, the fast RB motors utilize twins anyways.

thats a myth. the only twin setup that gives you more response is a sequential twin setup, and the 26 is not. half of the exhaust spooling turbos that can produce half the power, plus you add in your piping loss, and you are slightly worse off than a single. the truth is you can make good useable power with either a twin or single setup. i highly doubt the allegedy great response of the 26 is because of the twins, and more b/c of the itbs. the reason people say the car loses response after going single is b/c they step up to a huge turbo. if you got two big twins you would feel the same effect. its all about turbo choice, not single or twin. running twins does have that coolness factor though, but it is not advantageous. if you look at all the racing skylines, drag or road race, its really a toss up between twin or single.

I know the general conception is that twin turbos = instant spool/response, but it's just not universally true. In a parallel setup, such as the RB26, twin turbos offer no advantage over a bigger single of similar proportions to the smaller two, if combined. Response and power have to do with turbo selection, not some magical attribute determined by the number of snails hanging off your exhaust manifold. A properly chosen single can provide just as much power and response, if not more, than any parallel twin selection -- and do so cheaper, and more simply.

Save yourself alot of money and get a 2jz. RB26's are great motors but are currently selling for twice what they are worth.
