ok so I dont think its oil. as I dont really see any signs off oil buildup on the block.... but.. when I look under the car. NOTHING leaks onto the driveway. but when I look under the car. there is a metal like bracket connecting the right side of the engine bay to the left side. and there is some sort of fluid allways on the underside of it. kinda like if u were to throw water on a roof it would be spreading aroudn it and bubbling down.. now I reach up and smear my finger in it. and smell it.. it doesnt have a smell to it at all.. its a brownish/yellow and I have no idea what it is. there is no smell to it at all btw.

Not really.Available from advance auto. Heres the data:

BECK/ARNLEY Part No. 109-2098 [HOSE ASSEMBLY-PRESSURE LINE] $40.32

Also, the problem could have been caused by your fluid filter being clogged.
