Ok, this post will probably get flamed or something.

Basicly my question is when I am drifting in gt4 (<---reason for flame) I can initiate a drift but holding it is another question. When countersteering, I have a tendency to drift toward the inside of the corner. What causes this error? Not enough countersteer?

Second issue is when the drift angle becomes fairly sharp, what can be done to maintain the speed through the corner? More countersteer causes a sharper angle, More gas = spin out, but let off the gas and you have a chance of spinning out, but the lack of exit velocity is my concern.

I know i'm not doing this in a real car, but I would rather experiance this in virtual reality first. Not to mention a lack of $$.

I read the first post, and it did say "technical" questions. I guess you can say that this is similar to rc drifting, but the purpose of this was purely technical. Basicly if I drove as I did in a real 240sx (which I own) then a simlar result would happen.

I guess i'll try my luck in a general chat section.

no it wouldntbecause thats a video game.

this is a technical forum. not a video game forum.

nothing compares to real life except real life. period. dont learn how to drift from a video game.
