haha, horrible site but i somehow doubt it's from getting too many tickets. AZhitman, is this true? looks like it was already wrecked pretty good. if youlook close on the first pic it looks like someone's head went through (or attempted to) go through the windshield.

diesel, where ya been bro?

That site was posted up before...

If I can remember correctly.... I think MOtorex had brought those cars over so they can do presicely that... crash test them to make them legal... I THINK... don't get your panties in a bunch if I am wrong... besides.. I have NEVER heard of DMV demolishing your car EVEN if you haven't paid your parking tickets... I mean think about it... why would they demolish that car if they could just reposes the car and auction it off tohelp pay for all the tickets that the guy had!?!?! hmmm.... don't know... it doesn't seem right or legit... but you make of it what you want...

Yeah, black is right on this one. This site was posted up a loooong time ago. Like 2 years ago or something. (jeez i've been around a long time....)

But that car was destroyed as one of Motorex's crash test cars. So it was all done for a good cause, don't get pissed :)

I heard it was just a car Nissan had in country illegally (just to be a show car) so their choice was to either ship it back or crush it, and it's cheeper for them to crush the car than ship it home.

Regardless I thought it was funny that they have it posted with a copyright, that pic has been all over the net for the last 3 years. I guess that would make it an urban legend.

Yeah, Paul, what you said actually makes a bit more sense. Because Nissan proving grounds are near Scottsdale, AZ. Motorex is in CA.

Also, at the se-r convention this year, there was a blue R34 exactly like that one in the pics. And the convention was held in Phoenix. I'm willing to bet that it's the same blue R34 that I saw out there (had MI manufacturing plates, and was also at the proving grounds).

I remember that site being posted on a local board here. I never knew the full story of it , but I knew it was not because of tickets. At least it was destroyed for a good cause!

BTW, Phoenix is a GREAT place to see new cars and test mules - Not a week goes by I don't see a heavily disguised whatever followed by some chase cars with lots of antennas and MT plates (manufacturer).

GOTTA buy a digicam!!!
