If you grew up around here before the 90s the Andy Griffith show was consider life lessons. Bet I've seen every episode at least a couple times.
My Dad still goes up to the Snappy Lunch for a Pork Chop sandwich occasionally. For those that don't know, Mayberry is based on Mt Airy, NC. They have festivals, statues, etc.
