What 240sx parts are interchangeable?

I'm have a 1993 240SX and I was wondering what year model parts will fit this car. I'm really needing some extra front end suspension pieces and rearend pieces.

I have access to an older 240sx. I think it is a 89 model. I just didn't know if any of it's suspension parts would fit on the 93 model.

I have a 1990 240sx 5 spd and my motor blew up at 218,000. Im putting in a 1991 240 motor 5 spd......I was wondering what parts are interchangable on the motors, I know the transmission but what about, water pump, AC pump, Alternator, flywheel, flywheel bolts. and will the 1990 downpipe bolt on to the 1991 header, thanks alot!!!
