ok so I have fouled 2 sets of plugs today. I can change them and run motor for a while, 1/2 tank of gas, but when it cools down and I try to cold start it, it wont fire, it almost does but nada. Look at the plugs and they are soaked with gas. I got me ne1 point set at 800 and my 800 low throttle setting on afc at -50. air dec at ***** and ne 1 and ne 2 at 0. when it started I had to mess with the air decel to get the idle to stay. when I got idle at 800-850 afr was around 14-15. My injectors dont leak! I gotta figure this out or else I cant really drive my car any where with out a spare set of plugs in my pocket for just in case. Any suggestions?

I am a little confused reading your problem. You stated that you were changing the dec settings to get the car to idle at 14 AFR`s? Dec setting is for open BOV and you adjust it to help with running rich when letting off the gas pedal. You also stated that your injectors are not leaking. If you swap out the plugs and turn the ignition on but do not start the car are the plugs dry? Also you stated that you all ready have the AFC set to -50 at 800 rpms. What size injectors are you trying to manage? What is your fuel pressure at idle? Have you checked for vacuum leaks? Has this setup worked before or is it a new setup?

this setup HAS worked but not now. With new plugs it will start fine. after it cools down it wont start again cause the plugs get fouled. I have 480cc injectors! I was messing with the air decel settings cause my idle sucked!

OK I got some plugs with stock heat range and they dont get fouled up anymore. I went for a long ride, no real boost because I have a serious boost leak issue. I am gonna rig up a tester. I am thinking this is why my idle is non existant!

I step on the gas it hits boost tops off at 12 but the motor doesnt seem to get it! I have the boost gauge hooked up to the manifold. 5 psi will hold but not over 5k rpms. My afr's bounce around from 10.5 to 19. when in boost they stay in 10.5's, which is safe. I was having issues with my slave cyl. I am pretty sure I got that fixed cause I can dump the clutch and it grabs. I am thinking it is leaking boost. Also on my afc it is showing intermitent throttle when i am keeping it steady. I am gonna do a leak test and change out the tps. Hopefully my car will drive GOOD instead of, well it drives, sort of.

Sounds like your spark is breaking up. Go buy bkr7e sparkplugs. 2.25 each and they are one range colder which is what you need. Fix your boost leaks before driving again. Gap these plugs to .030-.033 For high throttle on your safc make sure it is at 0% across the board and make your throttle point 60% for high 35% for low

i went thru 2 sets of the 7e's. Gapped to .028. they kept getting fouled. I put 5e's in there. I seriously doubt spark is breaking up. I have msd 6BTM and get good spark, just not when plugs are covered with fuel. I am not even gonna drive the car till I get the leaks fixed. Well I at least am not gonna drive it much, prob 2 miles to work and back. I am thinking my egr blockoff plate is leaking. and also maybe a leak in between the upper and lower intake's. I am making a DIY leak detector and am gonna fix this ISH!!! But the tps is working intermittantly, this points deffinately to a need for a new one right?
