Wet Floors - Drive and Passenger

I recently purchased a used 2010 Nissan Rogue. Daily after driving the front driver and passenger carpet is damp. This occurs regardless of running heat or ac (only fan) or if it is raining outside. Any suggestions on tracking down problem

evaporator box is clogged, or its cracked. turn on the AC, and give it 15mins. look under the car to see if its draining from that little clear tube, under the passenger-side foot-well.
