Well in that case, yes its probably your heater core. When mine went, it leaked coolant out of the lower vents every time I turned it was horrible. This was the day before the leaking so there wouldnt have been much coolant in there any way. Plus it hasn't really rained here in almost a month so I don't think it would be the drain for the T-tops. Also there was quite a bit of fluid leaking out on the ground. I'm not sure that much water could have been in that drain tube
