For 2004 I35:
Wet carpet in fron passenger side. 1 week ago dropped glovebox, motor and front screws for cover that is over the a/c condenser. I pulled it down in front ( it would not come all the way down ) and wiped it out, blew it out with compressed air. I then went under car and put a 1/4" hose into a/c condensate drain and blew it out with compressed air. Unfortunately the hose only went 3 " into tube at firewall. I went back up topside and pulled a/c cover down and poured 2 cups water into cover that is below a/c condenser. The water immediately came out of the drain on the firewall. Ok, it works! A week later the carpet is wet again. How do I get the plastic housing around a/c condenser to vcome down further so I can see if the drain has plugged again? Or do I need a smaller hose ( 1/8" ), and will it fit further into the drain line at firewall?
Any suggestions? Thanks.
