Maxima, I30 & I35 owners and all NICO members of western Washington, northern Oregon, or any other NICO members who want to make the drive, where are you at? We should plan a group meet sometime before the rain returns. If you're interested post a reply here.Email me at [email protected]

I'd be game, if it weren't any farther south than, say, Renton

Next weekend & 2nd weekend in Sept are booked for me, so the only "nearby" one I'm available for is Labor Day weekend.

Labor Day weekend sounds pretty good. Hey Ever Vic' would you drive the 85 miles to Olympia if it meant we could get Portland members there too?

Well, you guys can make whatever plans you want. Turns out Labor Day weekend ISN'T free for me... I forgot I have to wait for Home Despot to show up with the lumber for my deck, then I have to rebuild as much of it as possible.

sorry guys.

And to answer your question: Maybe, if the meet was big/worthwhile enough. the weekend before, I'm traveling 450 miles for a Subaru meet, but there's going to be over 200 other Subarus there, and there's going to be trails and a mudpit. So it's worth the trip.

Hmmm... Don't take this the wrong way, but I've been in several car clubs that tried Oregon/Washington combined meets, the only successful one is the Subaru club, and they do it only once a year (as a huge rendezvous-style meet).

For just a quickie meet, I'm thinking we just need to stick to our respective states. Especially in October. and 4pm is a bit late, don't you think? In October, it's dark at 6 or earlier.

OK, that makes it more tempting. Still a bit far for me... If you don't get an Oregon response, make it farther north and I'll come.

It's less than 100 miles. Not too far, Hopefully it'll be worth it, I've posted this as a link on 4 other Nissan boards. Once a few people say they'll come, more will follow.

+1 here. Does that mean it moves closer here? And for every Portland area attendee it moves closer??

Glad to see you on board NISMOdrift240! I've already posted this at 5 different Nissan sites with date/time/place. It would look pretty ghey to start changing sheit around. I know if I said I'd go then the place changed, I probably wouldn't go. So, no, best to keep it to the date/time/place posted all over. Should be pretty cool. I'm getting in touch with Bruce Titus Nissan to see if they want any part of this. Maybe special on Nismo parts??? I'll have to wait to see their response.

Stick around, I'm sure the illustrious Beancooker will whip up another major (or even minor) Nissan meet soon enough.

In the mean time, take a load off, and welcome to the forums.
