west coast shop that will do an "AT ka24e to MT ka24de swap"

does anybody know a shop that can do my swap for me?? i could do it myself, but i want it to be able to work after the swap. i have a 1990 240sx se that i picked up for $200!! it's automatic and the ka24e isn't working right. i got a $1200 estimate to rebuild it, plus labor, it'll turn out to be like $2200. i can get a complete ka24de with transmission for $1500 so i figured i get the ka24de w/ the 5 speed transmission and swap it.. does anybody know of any shops that can do the swap?
