I want to run the water lines for my turbo but don't know were to run it from? I was thinking from the heater hoses . One from the in and one from the out but don't know if that will work or which port that comes out of the fire wall is the in and which is the out . Any help?

I used the line that returns from the intake manifold.

just tap right into the line that runs directly underneath the throttle body.

just dont connect that line back to the intake manifold, instead run it to the turbo and then back from the turbo to the intake manifold. I didnt use mine because they made engine bay look sloppy!

The thermostat heater hose area has a small hose that connects to that housing with a two bolt flange deal. Just remove that hose (about 8inch long) and connect the two male fittings you now have to the turbo.

Its best to connect the feed to the top and the drain to the bottom of the turbo but really doesnt matter.

Id connect them if at all possible. The DBB center was designed to use them. Helps keep the bearings cool and last longer, usually its a $1k turbo anyhow.. protect your investment for years of boosting love haha. Most turbos have a 1year warranty and to keep the warranty you must run those lines.

Usually with turbos the oil in is top and return is bottom. Water will be sideways! so it will not matter at all! It will not hurt your turbo at all if you dont use them. If you do it WILL help your warm up time! They just look sloppy under the hood, to me atleast.

...and then your oil flow is going to be running sideways. Great way to ruin some turbo oil seals.

That's what I did. And then I formed two brake lines to bend around the back of the block nice and smooth, then connected both ends with braided lines.. I used Fuel Injection Line hose claps to ensure they didn't heat up and loosen.
