LOL...back on the subject (yes, there was one). I got some timing parts from Midway and everything worked out great.
One thing to consider is, do you really need a "kit" per se? I worked on my upper chain. I looked at the cam sprockets and the chain, and since I couldn't find any wear, I didn't replace them. My upper tensioner was worn, so I replaced it.
I need to drop my oil pan to do some other stuff, so I'll most likely replace the lower guards and tensioner.
My point is, is it really worth while to buy a kit containing parts that may, or may not be worn or damaged? IMO, if you can afford to have the car off the road a bit, it's easier to take a look at your engine and find out which components are in need of replacement.
