were is the iat sensor located in a 06 spec v

Intake Air Temperature

I know the SR's is near the driver's fender in the intake pipe. I would be surprised if it was much different in an SE-R.

Newer Nissan integrate IAT within MAF assembly..........aftermarket filter [tiny cotton threads] and oil cause serious problems frequently.
