Wouldn't that make it the upper hose, if its on the right side of the vehicle (always give sides of vehicle from the driver's perspective).

Make sure you bleed the HELL out of it after you change it.

the same way u took it out...

i know theres a gasket that goes on the rim of the actual thermestat that u get when u buy one from autozone...which u dont use...cuz realize... autozone parts are for multiple uses for a buttload of different cars...

Haha. My bad. Its been a while since I looked at a KA.

And, when you install it, make sure the air hole is at the top.

temp sensor might be busted...

its got a red tip on it...DO NOT REMOVE WHEN CAR IS HOT!!!

either that or u might be springing a leak somewhere...

i suggest u leave ur cap off next time u start ur car ( from cold start) and watch the water... if it over flows either ur reservoir or ur radiator just keeps over flowing not bubbling and junk then either ur thermie isnt working rite...or ur pump and ahh pumpin...did u make sure to bleed the system on an incline (front going uphill)... cuz if u didnt ur leaving air pockets...which equal hot air... which equals more heat

Jack up the front of the car when you're bleeding it. And shake the hell out of the front core support.
