So after having the car dynoed tues, I went to the track. I had some 205 tires on my stock rims. Once i get a good camera, I'll try to post a pic of the slip. Fer now my best run was60' 2.2551/8 9.072 @ 80.691/4 13.87 @ 105.42 mphWe ran the car 6 times (my buddy drove it 3 times and i drove it 3 times). Five of the six runs were under 13.94 (one was a shifting error) And this was an automatic. I don't care what people say, I LOVE MY transmission! I LOVE MY CAR! btw, my buddy got a 13.84 as his best run

great trap speed for your power setup and for having a auto. i wish my car is that fast. i have a feeling that if i was to run at a track i would still be stuck in the 14's trapping low 100's. my car just doesn't feel that fast to me.

Drag racing in January. Sounds like fun! Lucky Floridian.

Shifting error? You shift the auto yourself?

i cant believe u got that many runs in that short amt of time at moroso..............i think u and rick need to go at it up at moroso one nite...........it would probably be one of the few auto ka-t's to duel it out on that track ever................

1/4 13.87 @ 105.42 mph

That is just shy of my friends 98 TransAm 13.5 without NOS. I am shooting for high 12`s so I can beat him!

with what kind of setup are u trying to reach high 12 with? my current setup with a few more psi (~5) and a manual transmission would get u there.

if i did not rape my car for 2 days strait on a private track drifting for 7 hours each day the transmisison would still shift well and i would be down. I would love to put down a 13 automatic but unfortunatlly with the transmission in the condition that its in now, i dont see it happeneing.

btw i went to the track w\ 90degree weather, and an exhaust leak. i would make 9psi at 5k rpm, (2.5 60ft's) and did 14.5 @ 100.

im pretty confident with the 245 rs2's in the rear, 55-60 degree weather, 12 psi, i could do a 13.60. (if the transmission wasnt so tore up).

after i learn how to drive a manual transmission i might be able to get a 13.30. that is after i learn how to shift.

Current setup as of now.

BLAH BLAH BLAH

Waiting for the correct flange to replace the Knockoff TurboXS. Once that is done I am going to recirculate it and start tuning. I will post my Zeitronix AF`s for everybody to look at and will take it to the dyno. I am shooting for Nissanfanatics levels but we will see. I guess it all depends on how well that motor was put together.

Fabio sounds like your setup is really going well

yeah I was running just 10 psi. I guess the stage 3 wheel on the turbo helps.

Awsome man...I love success stories. We needed some more of that. After our last batch of bad luck with blown motors.
