i went to the 1/4 mile last night with my car. my set up is listed below and basically i had either a horrible reaction time, or a horrible launch. my best et was 14.1 at 98.17 mph with a reaction time of .8! horrible. i did a few more runs and it seem the quicker my reaction time the worse launch cuz id burn out a bit more. i know if i have a decent reaction time id be at 13.7 or 13.8 so i think im gonna go back next week. all in all not bad for 8.5 lbs of boost.

Reaction times don't matter, focus on getting out of the hole as fast as possible.

RT's don't affect your time.

Agreed. Every 1/10th you shave off your 60ft. time = 2/10's off your 1/8th, and so on.

Shave that 60ft. time and you'll see the et's coming down.

2.0 second 60' times are pretty good for a street car, on street tires. Work on your launches and eventually, you'll find the right combo of RPMs and clutch pedal movement.

With your MPH, you should be able to knock a few tenths off your 14.1 ET with some patience and practice.
