Went to the track...again.

Took my car out to Woodburn again.....bad call, it was so ridiculously hot it's not even funny. Temperatures ranged from 80-93 degrees.

I got a new personal best of a 13.4 @ 105 on a 2.14 60'. If it wasn't for the incredible amount of heat and humidity I would have done a lot better. Full interior, street tires baby! If I can keep doing better at launching and go when it isn't so hot out I will be hitting my low 13's.

PS: I dropped a bomb when I saw what was at the track that day.... an R32 GTR. Stock everything, except for exhaust and intake, I think he had boost controller he was pulling 12.3/12.4's all day long in the heat, without any time to cool off. Made me look at my car stupidly lol.

Wait, was that your green S14 there? Everytime I went to talk to you, I only saw your friend in the car.

Scratch that, I just looked at where you lived, I am a moron. There was a green S14 at the track on Friday that was running low 16's.

Are you slipping the clutch when you launch?? Try a 5000rpm slip...change the rpm till you get traction. It'll help boost and traction.

holyshiznitnope i wasn't down there, my car is a red S13. We should catch up some time. I'm itching to ride in someone's KA-T. Since i'm broke from the rest of this stuff. Hopefully i'll find a way to fund the Turbo stuff. Probably just a Z31 Turbo for now. Kinda nice that JGS is down in Coos Bay.=)
