Do you know what an EGR does? An EGR is a valve that re-routs exahust gas into your intake to burn leftover gasses. These can become fouled and stuck open. How does your car idle? Also, when removing emissions stuff, are you pluging everything? How about the vacuum/boost leak hose you pulled off the EGR?

Can you hear the wastgate open? Could your turbo be smoked? Are you sure of the turbo size? Where is your BOV, can you hear it open? What condition was your motor in prior to the upgrades? What spring is in your waste gate? Does the turbo seem to be spooling up nicely? Is the pipe hot that comes from the turbo? Could your intercooler be stuffed up or leaking? Try bypassing the turbo with a flexable dryer hose - is it pumping out air?

This is a large mechanical system that involves some highly noticable conditions. You should be able to notice if your system is not functioning or hemorraging air from somewhere.
