Welp, I ordered the Stillen front lip spoiler and getting the mustache painted

having the lip delivered to the body shop and stillen is just down in LA (90 miles away) so it should be a quick delivery.

I will have new pics after its all done (hopefully this week)

I got estimates from a few body shops, the expensive one in town wanted 450 to paint both-said "quality" of paint was the reason it was more expensive.The place I went with quoted me 250 for both the spoiler and the mustache and its recommended by one of the top mechanics in town.

If you guys plan on doing this be sure to shop around and find a good deal from a reputable bodyshop.

I got the front lip and and a spoiler painted for $250. I got my mustachepainted for $70.

Please make sure you confirm with them that they will be using automotive PRIMER.. and not just an adhesion promoter, no matter what they try to tell you, and what newfangled technology chemical they have now.

The last thing you (and ultimately they) are going to want is you coming back in with paint chunks peeling off the lip when the wife scrapes a driveway, etc

Can't wait to see it, send us some pictures when you get it installed, we'll use it on the site!

I've already scraped the lip and I have to take it back because the paint chipped...

they got the lip spoiler at the body shop today and i dropped off the chrome pieces, probably wont be done til next mon or tue but im stoked!

Also, Stillen;you guys rock on the shipping. I ordered it yesterday and ups delivered today, and all for free.

Im glad you guys are close by.
