Well, yet another problem..

Randomely started today. When I try to accelerate in a quick manor, or even moderately quick at that, my car feels like my tires are spinning. I feel the car shake kind of and it seems like my tires are spinning, because my rpms go up but I'm keeping the same speed pretty much, but I had a friend drive next to me and he said my tires aren't roasting at all.

This never has happened before, and I can't even accelerate fast, I have to gradually get up to speed. Any ideas on what it is?

I did a few things to my car today, but I don't think they're related, but I'll say it anyways. I added some power steering fluid to get it up to the proper level, and I tightened the engine cover down, because there was oil leaking and I thought it might be loose. I'm ready for flame so just throw it at me, I just wanna get the problem fixed.

EDIT: My car doesn't have the power to just roast them when I'm cruising like that, and its never done it before, so yea. It's not me having extreme hp that is causing this, or so I think.

how old is your clutch, it may be slipping

Your clutch or rear diff may be screwed. How old is the clutch and what kind of diff?

first question.is there smoke?smell burning rubber?if not, its most likely a slipping clutch.

if its old, replace it.if its relatively new, try bleeding it?

the clutch has maybe a year on it, its a clutch masters stage-5 racing clutch

edit: i didnt see any smoke or smell any rubber

why do you have an extreme preformance clutch in what im guessing is a stock Ka24e???

an to me it still sounds like the clutch, check all your lines and master and slave cylinders for leakage, then inspect the clutch through the clutch fork hole, just remove the boot and get a flash light and glance in
