Well think I found my problem

I'm only showing 4lbs of boost when I should be at 7lbs.I didn't do the boost leak test.I just went straight to my wastegate. This is the 5.8psi spring is it not? Red/grey.7lb spring should be green correct?

Hard to tell if that one is a small one or a big one, but here is the chart, in psi:

Small Yellow - 3.6 Small Red - 5.8 Small Green - 7.25 Small Blue - 8.7 Big Yellow - 10Big Red - 11.6 Big Green - 13 Big Blue - 14.5

All tial springs are grey, with the color sprayed on one end only. Yours looks like its a 5.8 if it is indeed the small kind.
