...From Venus, and I forget whose post I read on this board that said I HATE GI TRUCKING, but I totally agree :( Clip is ~9 feet, the only lift gate they have is 2 feet, so it looks like we'll have to do some gymnastics to get it off the damn truck. Silly me, I actually thought that for $750 in shipping costs they'd actually be able to DELIVER it to me without having to deal with this bunch of crap.

Rrrrrrrrgh...

Yep.. delivery sucks these days.

I never have engines or clips delivered to me anymore. I pick them up from a shipping warehouse instead. They always load it up for me.

Glad to hear you got it though. Post pics if you can. :)

*bump* :)

Well it's finally in my garage. Had to pay $120 to rent a forklift and do some convincing to get the delivery guy to drive the forklift for me, but I got it. Looks *pristine*, everything's there, engine bay is clean, transmission shifts great. Gauge cluster says ~85,000KM; the cluster itself is a little busted though, so I don't know if I can use the tach. Can't wait to get started :)
