well it runs again, bit better, but still confused

last year i had leaky injectors, it would flood out every time i tried to start is.

i changed them and put an adjustable FPR on it, now thats sitting right at 42 psi.

but now i have a new problem (surprise surprise)

i can boost and hold to 7 psi, and it will accelerate, but not fast. seriously i drove my KA s13 down the road, and then the SR down the same road, and the KA was faster, but the SR was boosting the whole way...

its a completley stock Redtop,no mods.spark is goodtiming is goodbov is atmosphericthere was no boost leaks last time i checked (in the fall, which was the last time i drove it, and i didnt touch the charge system)fuel pressure is good now

and when shes cold it sometimes takes up to 5 minutes to get'er going? like it will start, crank over a couple times then die.. then every time i do it, it runs for a little bit longer and finally will start and idle...
