i'm sure everyone here has dealt with this. my timing chain ate threw my guide and tensioner and it seems to have started its way through to the water jacket in my cover. Everyone on here seems to say that all these ka's do this at about 100,000 miles so of course I don't wanna pull another one from a junk yard. Where can i find a new cover at a decent price? I've looked at quite a few sites, but no one seems to carry the actual timing cover. Thank god i found this website. I would have been slapping my motor back together with more problems than when i started, hahaha! Thanks to everyone on this site!
