I have yet to find anything that really seems to apply to my car, so I resently upgraded to and SR T25, RX7 460cc injectors, XS power exh mani, SAFC II and a Zietronix Wideband. I will start off with some things that I am seeing.

1. Vac at idle sits at -142. Stumbles and falls during acceleration(well reving)3. Sounds/feels like it has a miss.4. backfires at 3-4 k

I am and have been running an N60 MAF (no issues, well until now)I bought new plugs gapped them to stockTimeing is DEAD on and 15 BTDC(Timing belt is dead on also)Checked and lossend and retighten all IC couplers

I have the vac for the BOV coming off the large nipple behind the throttle body, it is T'd and runs to the boost controller.the one coming off the back of the intake goes to the FPR and Boost sesnsor on my Zietronix.

on the Turbo side, I have tapped the colsdie of the turbo(similar to the CA T25) and this runs to the BC Solenoid, then the Solenoid to the actuator.

I have replaced the IACV twice, but one thing I did notice on thiws last one was when I was cleaning it out I pulled the idle screw thing out and the little gasket thing lookd hammered, I used some heavy duty silcone selent(used on diesels) to patch repair, replace the O ring thing that was there(this was done a while back and I have not had issues until lately.

Mods I have done:Cometic MHG(followed Dee's guide, no more leaks)N60 MAFRx7 460cc InjectorsXS power equal length exh mani(with new exh gaskets)ARP studsMushroom Air filter (HKS style)HKS FPR with gauge(reads 36-38 PSI at idle, 40 with no Vac Line)Forged Pistonsnew RingsNew Shellshead deckedSAFC IIWidebandBlitz EBCFMICstandard NGK's

is there a possablity that I have overloaded the VAC system?

u say u removed the idle air screw?u cant accurately time it without having ur idle speed set when it is warm and settled. then adjust the idle screw with the sensor unplugged and then time it assuming thats the problem

I did remove it, but put it back in, I think that it might be leaking though.

well thank you all, I think that it might be my knock sensor might not be hooked up. I know my Z-2T is not showing any knock and neither is the SAFC II I supose that might be a good thing no knock is good, but I have been in car that show at least something registers. I am going to have to look and see. I have a 90 so I but I had the plug, so I dunno

well found the issue, #1 injector wasn't firing, got a new plug on it and BAM runs like a champ.
