well i got my sr turbo

now my next new question is going to be one where i want peaople that did it to explain to me how they did it and what they did to install the turbo onto the ca mortor post pics if u have or show me what yours looks like... thanks

Ive never done this turbo swap and Ive found tons of info on the subject. Click search and type sr turbo.

IIRC you need the O2 pipe for an SR, and you need to clock the compressor housing on the turbo. As for the lines you'll have to ask someone else as im still a CA noob. You'll probably need some sort of fuel tuning too.

its about as straight forward are you get. Clock the housing a tiny bit, using the c-clip that goes around the outside of the cold side (youll see it on the backside of the cold side. Use your turbo lines...and use your o2 housing FOR SURE, otherwise youll be modifying your exhaust.

its pretty much just an on and off procedure, using your lines instead of the sr20 lines.

make sure you turn your motor over with the CAS disconnected for a few minutes to prime the turbo.

On mine I found that using the sr inlet adaptor made the hot pipe stick out too far away from the motor.......so I put the ca inlet adaptor on, and it tucked the hot pipe back in........looks better, both work though.

so i can use the sr turbo back also right o2 housing ill use and just clock the turbo change lines and turn the motor over without the cas connected.
