Here is how the box came: (look at the pretty saran wrap repair job!)

The lip:

I figured I would let everyone know so they don't make the same mistake I did. So, don't order from this guy: http://myworld.ebay.com/importautovilla/

Did you sign for it in good condition?

Are you going to put in a claim for it?

That isn't the point though...

The product was damaged in shipping. I don't know what "manning up" will do.... or even has anything to do with this...

I didn't pay to gain a learning experience, I paid to give my car a make over. That reply was dumb. The part was damaged, why should I have to repair it?

Yes, I signed damaged when I got the box. Don't worry haha.

Updates would be cool? Did you man up and fix it or get a new one? My darling mother broke mine into 3 pieces via an armadillo accident and would like to see a repair job, lol.

UPS came and picked it up a couple days ago. I'm waiting on them to send me money, and the seller said he would replace it for however much they give me.

After finally getting the ******* to send me another lip, even though I wanted my money back, I got it mounted. It's the most haggard thing ever, but it does the job.
