Welding on oil pan

I won't be going turbo for awhile but the motor is already out while it is being built so I figured I'd weld on a bung to the pan. I think I found the right fitting

I'd go with the an 10 probably but since I won't be going turbo I need something to plug it for now so I don't have to remove the pan and do all this later on down the road. Any ideas?
Simple question but I feel like I've searched everywhere and I'm still not sure what EXACTLY im looking for.

I think the OEM oil pan is metal, that's aluminum.

If you have access to a lathe, make a cap for it. If not, take a trip to your local hardware store and see what you can find that will fit it.
