i have to weld on my fender (not the quarter panel, the fender)...what kind of welds should i use..i have a stick welder, if anybody knows what that is...but i also have to weld on my radiator core support...so what welds would work best instead of using my stick welder?

MIG will work alright. If you have access to a TIG welder I would go that route.

Use what you know how to do. this doesnt sound like the kinda thing you wanna learn TIG welding on. however MIG welding is quite easy and would probably suit this project better.

Hold on. Why exactly do you have to weld you're fender on. . . ?
