i see perosity holes in the welds in the second picture...but good for a newb...your on your way to becoming a good welder.....i bet if you put that in a vise and hit it with a hammer hard it might break....but then again it might not!

as seen in my pictures, when i get close to the outside part of the box, there isnt as much material to disperse the heat. What you do you is the best way to prevent melting the material at the end?
btw what throttle body did you fit on the new intake manifold?
you fabricated your new manifold? I recently made a steel tubiular manufold for a srt-4 out of schedule 40 90 degree bends and some strait sections. how thick was your material?

I didnt build that manifold, it was built by some friends who own XcessiveMotorsports.com and one of them is an awesome fabricator. I am a fabricator/welder where I work, but I dont have the time to sit down and make something like this.
