welded differential to limited slip?

I may consider trading my s13 for an s14 with a welded diff.
I HATE welded diffs; but how hard would it be to remove the welded diff, and replace with a limited slip? What will be needed, etc;

If the diffs stay in their pumpkins, all you'd need is the proper output shafts for the LSD and the proper cover (S13s are 4 stud S14s are 2 stud)
