So I was wondering, has anybody welded their differential with a Auto transmission. If you have, is it possible for drifting?BTW: Searched and found Nothing

A weld diff is a weld diff, it doesn't matter what transmission is in front of it, its going to make the car easier to get sideways. At the same time I don't know how long a stock auto transmission will andle that kind of abuse.

Drifting an underpowered car is hard enough. Trying to do it in an automatic is even harder. Welding the diff so the car has to spin both tires makes it feel even more underpowered.
