Weirdest problem ever -- Windshield Fluid Tank

Hey Guys,

Hoping someone can help me out here. I have the weirdest problem with my windshield washer fluid tank.

When I top it up COMPLETELY, it stays topped up. NO matter how long I leave my car, it stays full. But once I move my car, the fluid in the neck disappears.Any thoughts?

I gotta be honest. . that is weird. I uh. . I don't know, but since I'll be looking at my problem I'll take a gander at that one as well.

Air bubbles?
