weird whinning in my s14

when i am driving no matter what speed i hear this clicking and whining sounds coming from front left wheel and when when i hit the brakes or slow down with the brakes it stops. I checked it out and nothing look loose i checked the caliper. I was thinking maybe the track auto cheapbrake pads i have got on there are at fault. any one have this prob???

check to make sure your pads arent worn down so far the finger on them is touching the disc.

i think i figured it out. My fan is rubbing on my intake because i have no fan shrout because it got damaged when i bought the car wrecked. i am gonna put in some electric fans so that should solve the problem.
