Weird whining sound

There is a whining sound comming from my 1995 240sx on the driver side. The sound only occurs when i'm on the gas accelerating and deceleration.

I had the same type of noise when i got my car back from my rebuild a while back. turned out to be the transmission. Hopefully thats not what it is but thats what mine was. Just a thought.

how loud is it? My old 14 kinda did that..I always thought it was becuase i never changed the diff fluid..

its quiet noticeable in the cabin, your cant really ignore it. Its louder then the road noise.
