Well, yesterday I was taking my sister to the bank to make a deposit. After making the deposit, I drove up to the nearest traffic light. There was a crew painting a new direction arrow in the lane to my right. This guy in a Frod(misspelled on purpose) Explorer suddenly puts it into reverse and backs into my car, while I was holding my horn down! He was trying to back up and get room to make a right turn and all he did was look in his rear-view once, his Explorer was so high that he didn't see my 240. He got out and offered to head straight to his insurance adjuster. I agreed, but wrote his plate down incase he tried to run. It turns out that he has insurance at the agency my sister works for. He fessed up everything and his statement is in his history now, so nothing can be changed. He is offering to pay in cash, if he can. Judging from how expensive dealerships are and the fact that 240s are out of production, I somehow doubt that He'll be able to. I'm taking my car in Monday to have a estimate done. He only damaged my plate bracket and front bumper, but that sounds expensive enough for the guy.

You think thats werid. When i got in my wreck with my 97 eclipse the main wittness to the accident was an off duty pairamedic form a different county who was an old ARMY buddy of my dad's lawyer. Who was an old friend of the first state trooper on scene. My dad's lawyer contacted the state trooper and got him to give the other kid the ticket after 2 days of investigation.
